MARY E. LYTLE of the LAW OFFICES OF MARY E. LYTLE, graduated from Furman University in 1990 with a major in political science. She then obtained her J.D. with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1993.
During her years of practice, Ms. Lytle has practiced in the area of employment law, representing both employees and management. Her practice includes the handling of cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, cases under the Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state statutes governing employment law situations.
